• First we will remove the wheels and make sure the tyres are fully deflated
• The beads are then broken, so that the tyres can be pushed back to enable a better view to repair the rim
• The repaired rim is then primed, so that it will not corrode
• Once it is dry the primed rim is put into a spray bake oven. Then, it is flatted to give it a smooth finish
• The alloys are painted, in the original colour or one of your choice. It is then sprayed with lacquer when dry
• The wheels need to be completely dry, so they are baked for 40 minutes
• The tyres are then inflated and refitted to your vehicle. Lastly, the wheel nuts are torque to the recommended level
